Our Mission

It’s all in the name. The SAND Foundation, Inc. — Sunshine Area NextGen Dreamers: Making dreams a reality for the next generation.

Our mission is to support all youth athletes, musicians, artists, and their families within our communities in being able to participate in all their endeavors at every level regardless of any barriers. We are a fundraising and volunteer organization focused on making dreams a reality for every child. From the veteran leaders to the newest members, we all volunteer together to make our fundraising goals a reality so that we can help as many kids and families as possible within our communities.

We have built a solid reputation within the community for supporting families and working with local venues and groups to raise money and build partnerships for our foundation.

What We’ve Achieved

  • We’ve raised over a quarter of a million dollars in donations and fundraising for our kids in the past year.

  • We work with LiveNation at venues like Raymond James Stadium and the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre to raise money for our foundation.

  • We work with other organizations at venues such as Amalie Arena to raise money for our foundation.

  • We work many local festivals such as the Innings Festival and Sunset Music Festival, among others, to raise money for our foundation.

  • We support our communities with in kind donations and business partnerships to allow our youth to receive the funding and gear they need to participate in their respective arenas.

  • We have given some of our older youth opportunities to work with us at venues to raise their own money to go towards their dream goals.

  • We foster a strong, responsible, and fun sense of family and camaraderie within our organization that has given us a solid reputation within the community.
